VW Diesel Emissions Lawsuit

VW Diesel Emissions Lawsuits

Volkswagen (VW) outfitted hundreds of thousands of its diesel vehicles with software designed to fraudulently pass emission tests in the United States. The company has put aside billions of dollars to fix these “clean diesel” vehicles, falsely advertised as such and as “environmentally friendly,” but has not given a timetable as to when those fixes will occur. Owners of the affected vehicles are now stuck with a car with little to no resale value and whose performance will most likely suffer as a result of the fix.

WEN Hair Loss Lawsuit

Hundreds of people are coming forward and claiming that WEN hair care products caused their hair to fall out and damaged their scalps. WEN, made by Guthy Renker, is marketed by celebrity hair stylist Chaz Dean, and is endorsed glowingly by celebrity clients. The infomercials claim that the product is “gentle enough to use every day” but many consumers allege that they experienced painful and embarrassing side effects after only one use. While sales for WEN has grown into the millions of dollars, some users of WEN hair care products are experiencing baldness, rashes, scalp irritation, hair breakage and hair discoloration.
