Zofran Lawsuit and Birth Defect Information

Zofran use during the first trimester of pregnancy may potentially double the chance of a child being born with birth defects. The anti-nausea medication is being recommended to treat severe morning sickness but it has not been approved by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) for such use.
