As a Senior Client Relations Manager, Barbara speaks to clients every day, and is often the first person prospective clients speak with at our firm. With over ten years of experience working directly on behalf of plaintiff’s law firms, Barbara takes great pride in knowing that her compassion and help on the phone is a great source of comfort to our clients in their time of need.

Barbara has extensive experience working with clients in a variety of litigations surrounding dangerous drugs and defective medical devices. In addition, she is currently focused on working with victims of sexual abuse and assault. Our firm regularly receives feedback from clients regarding Barbara’s superior level of service, and words of gratitude for both her compassionate and helpful nature.

As a former life and health insurance agent, Barbara has a passion for helping people understand Medicare, employer health plans and VA benefits. Barbara is the daughter of a Korean Conflict and Vietnam veteran. She is the mother of four children, and grandmother to seven, and her oldest daughter served in the Army in Iraq and Afghanistan. She is originally from West Virginia, and has lived in Kentucky, Florida, and Michigan. Barbara’s volunteer efforts include: March of Dimes, the Alzheimer’s Association, Warm Blessings (providing meals to families in need), Girl Scouts of America, St. Jude’s, and Soldiers’ Angels.
